If You Go To Almost Any Big Box Store Shopping For Curtain Rods, The Average Cost Per Window Is Around $45. With This Project, The Average Cost Is < $5 Per Window. I Also Included A Small End Cap Just In Case You Don'T Have Enough Room For The Large Sphere End Cap. I Used It For The Window In My Closet. <H3>Items Required:</H3> * 3/4 Pvc Pipe (I Used Schedule 40 Pvc As It Was The Cheapest) * 1' Pvc Pipe Cutter / Hand Saw * [Rust-Oleum® Specialty Black Direct-To-Plastic Spray Paint](Https://Www.Amazon.Com/Rust-Oleum-211360-Plastic-Hunter-12-Ounce/Dp/B0002Yphfc/Ref=Sr_1_27?Ie=Utf8&Qid=1498523254&Sr=8-27&Keywords=Rust-Oleum%C2%Ae%2Bspecialty%2Bspray%2Bpaint&Th=1) * 220 Grit Sand Paper * Acetone <H3>Pvc Prep & Paint</H3> 1. Cut The Pipe To Length To Match The Desired Length. <I>I Cut Mine At 42 1/2' </I> 2. To Ensure Paint Adheres To Your Pvc You Will Need To Sand It Using 220 Grit Sandpaper. Sand The Pvc Pipe Until All Manufacturer Labels, Bar Codes, Etc Are No Longer Visible. 3. Wipe The Pvc Pipe With A Wet Cloth To Remove All Of The Dust Generated From Sanding The Pvc Pipe. 4. Lightly Wipe Down The Pipe With Acetone. A Little Goes A Long Way 5. Paint The Pvc Pipe. This Particular Paint Is Dry To The Touch In 30 Minutes <Em>But</Em> This Paint Does Take A Full Week To Cure.
