Specifically, The Sled Is Designed To Fit 2X 8Mm Rails, Spaced 70Mm Apart - Like In My Flashforge Creator Pro. **Tool:** Shars Dial Indicator (Sku 303-3111B),With 1" (0.001" Graduations). $13 On Their Website! I Can Vouch For This Being Accurate To The Thousandth - I Checked Every 0.100" Between 0.000" And 1.000" With Nist-Traceable Precision Gauge Blocks :-) **Printing:** Orientation Is Shown Above. This Is A Trick To Get Precision Features Out Of A Non-Precise Manufacturing Method. Here'S Why: Bead Stack-Up On Locating Features. Laying The Model Flat Causes A "Stepped" Effect On The Low Locating Triangles, Causing The Dial'S Cylindrical Body To Catch And Not Orient Vertically. When Printing, Standing The Body Up On End Allowing Beads To Lay Along The Hypotenuse Of Those Lower Triangles, I.E. "With The Grain", Allowing The Dial Indicator To Seat Naturally. **Tl;Dr** Turns Stairs Into Ramps. In This Orientation, The Sled Is Designed To Be Printed At Any Layer Height, 0.10Mm To 0.30Mm. **Leveling Directions:** 0. Do A "Rough Level" Of Your Print Bed Using Your Favorite Method, I Use A 0.1Mm Feeler Gauge Under The Nozzle Over Each Adjustment Screw 1. Center The Dial Over The Back Left Or Right Screw 2. Bring The Bed Up Until The Dial Read 0.100" (Well Inside The Accuracy Range). 3. Make Your Printer Rigid! "Enable Steppers" To Lock The Bed In Place. 4. Gently, With A Light Touch, Slide Across To The Other Screw And Measure The Difference In Height 5. Pick One Height (Either Extreme, Or The Average) And Adjust Both Screws To That Height 6. Move To The Middle, And Slide The Sled Forward To The Front Screw. Bring That Screw To The Chosen Height 7. Remove The Dial Indicator And Sled From The Machine 8. Print Your Favorite Level Test - I Use My 3 Square Print: Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:1776032 **That'S It - Good Luck! :-)**
