Robo3d Camera Mount (Logitech 270)

Robo3d Camera Mount (Logitech 270)

Description

Hey Every One, This Is My First Ever Upload To Thingiverse So Please Bare With Me! I Recently Got Into Using Octopi (Love It Btw) And Wanted To Use The Webcam Feature. I Went Down To My Local Big Box Store And Picked Up A Logitech C270 For Around 30 Bucks, Plugged It Into The Octopi And It Worked Amazing Right Off The Bat. All Though I Struggled On Where To Mount The Camera. I Used Gorilla Tape And Taped It All Over The Place But Nothing Really Did What I Wanted It To Do. I Looked Here For A Mount And Was Super Pumped That There Were Lots That Could Be Used. The Downfall To Having A Custom Robo3D Is That Things That Work For Every One Else Dont Necessarily Work For You. I Have An Enclosure Around My Robo3D Which Makes Printing Abs A Breeze, But With The Enclosure Comes Limited Space (Hence The Reason For The Project) (Enclosure Can Be Found Here Https://Printedsolid.Com/Products/Robo-3D-Safety-Enclosure-Kit ) I Located A Part On Here Made By Adamsgl (Wont Let Me Tag Him) Which Was The Original Inspiration For This Project. What Was Supposed To Be A Remix Ended Up Being A Full Redesign Long Story Short And 7 Revisions Later I Came Up With This Functional Design I Made The Base So That If Any Webcam Essentially Could Be Used. I Wanted It To Be Adjustable So That I Could Center The Camera On The Print. If You Have Any Questions Please Feel Free To Ask Thanks For Looking And Happy Printing!
