(Vertical Axis Wind Turbine) Or Just Thread A Fishing Line Through The Central Hole And Use As A Wind Sculpture (The 2Mm Hole Goes Right Through). Either Way, It Looks Quite Good And Is Not Noisy Or Obtrusive.
