I Created This To Show The Parts Of An Insect For Educational Programs. The Goal Is For Kids To Notice That Insects Have Three Parts: The Head, Thorax, And Abdomen And 6 Legs And Also To Notice Other Parts Such As The Wings (Insects Can Have 2 Or 4), Antennae, Compound Eyes, And Mouthpart. The Pictures Of The Model In Orange Is After Scaling 500%. I Glued Magnets In The Holes And On The Pegs And It Held The Pieces Together Well Enough. The Pegs On The Wings Need To Be Edited To Be A Bit Longer So The Magnets Make Better Contact, Working On That! See Misc Notes On Printing At 500%. Work In Progress!
