This Is A Remix Of Another Design In Which I Added Slopes To 90° Edges To Improve Strength, Added Bolt Recesses For Better Functionality, Added Measurement Marks, And Did Some Overall Trimming To Reduce Material That Did Not Contribute To Strength. I Printed This In True Silver Hatchbox Pla. I Personally Have A Dremel 4000, But From What I Have Read, This Will Work On Any Dremel With The Same Threading. I Would Say A Raft Is Essential To Prevent Lifting. The 1/4" Nut Will Fit In Tight. Might Have Something To Do With The Pla Shrinkage, But Either Way It Means The Nut Stays In The Knurled Knob (Which Is A Good Thing In My Opinion). Just Tap It In With A Mallet; Works Like A Charm.
