This Is A Simple Box To Hold A Custom Pcb. This Pcb Uses Optocouplers And An Mcp23017 Port-Expander To Monitor 24Vac Output On 16 Channels Over I2C. The Address Is Selectable And The Board Is Designed To Be Daisy-Chained With Up To 7 Other Boards For Up To 128 Sensing Channels. Each Board Also Has 4 Individual Channels That Do Not Pass Through The Port Expander But Can Be Polled Using Any Digital Pin. Check My Hackaday Page For More Info. The Box Features Snap Fit Hinges! The Hinges And Their Snap-Fit Is Designed For Esun Pla+, But The Fit Can Be Changed With The Variable Claspcut = Claspdiam/4.5. Claspcut Can Be Set Between = Claspdiam/2.5 To Claspdiam/6 As Needed. The Box Can Be Scaled But Claspcut Should Be Changed As Needed. Scad Code Is Messy!
