PiPod enclosure

PiPod enclosure

Description

This Is The Enclosure For My Pipod Project. The Pipod Is A Portable Music Player Made With A Raspberry Pi Zero. In The Bottom Part Of The Enclosure There Is Room To Mount The Raspberry Pi Zero, A Powerboost 500C, A Slide Switch, 3.5Mm Audio Jack And A 1200Mah Battery. The Display And The Buttons Could Be Attached To The Top Part. The Top Part Hinges In And Is Secured To The Bottom Part Using Three 2Mm Screws. Update #3 24-Bit Dac * Changed Audio Output To A Dac * Added Screw Hole For A Better Assembly(Front Will Be Updated Soon) * Moved Power Switch * Added Pockets For Wires And Battery Update #2 Almost Final Version * Bigger Tabs On The Middle Button So It Moves Less * More Space For The Powerboost Because It Didn'T Quite Fit * Added Some Space To Route Wires To Power From The Usb Input Update #1 * The Screw Holes Are Now Countersunk * There Are Little Lids So The Middle Button Won'T Completely Rotate * The Sd Card Hole Is A Little Bigger * The Clip For The Audio Connector Is A Bit Thinner To Be More Flexible * The Slide Switch Inserts From The Back Instead Of The Front Note: The Audio Connector I Am Using Is From A Old Laptop So If You Want To Build This You Should Probably Change The Design A Bit Or Use Some Glue.
