Anycubic power supply cover
Description
This Is My Design For The Anycubic Linear Plus Power Supply Which Is Notorious For Having Very Little Cover For The Connections. Please Check Your Unit'S Dimension Before Printing. You Will Need A Copy Of The Front Cover And End Cover, And 2 Copies Of The Xt60 Connector Holder. I Print With 100% Fill For The Strength. Reduce The Fill According To Your Preference. You Will Also Need Some M3 Screws And Nuts. I Recommend Nylon M3 Screws As Some Mounting Screws Go Into The Power Supply Case. You Don'T Want To Use Long Metal Screws In Case Something Go Wrong. Be Warned! Cut The Nylon Screws Short. They Only Need To Hold The Covers In Place. The Main Connection Is A "10A Fused Snap In Iec Chassis Plug With Switch" From Maplin: Https://Www.Maplin.Co.Uk/P/10A-Fused-Snap-In-Iec-Chassis-Plug-With-Switch-N94Cz I Had A Difficult Time Printing The Front Cover With Precise Cutouts On The First Level. My Solution Is Add A 0.1Mm Layer Which Can Be Easy Cut Once Printed. The Result Is Excellent. Update: I Have Added A 1Mm-Thick Testing Frame For You To Test If The Cover Will Fit. You May Want To Scale It Accordingly. This Is Better Than Wasting A Lot Of Filament And Then End Up With A Cover Too Small. Hope This Helps.
