I Wanted A Way To Reach The Plums At The Top Of The Tree Without Getting Out A Ladder. This Attaches To The End Of A Pole Used For A Paint Roller. Its In Multiple Pieces That Are Screwed Together With Decking Nails. You Don'T Need The Spring...Just Use A Rubber Band As Pictured. You Also Don'T Need The Wheel For The Spring, But I Liked The Extra Leverage. I Also Tried To Use This On Ripe Figs - You'Ll Need Some Sort Of Padding To Prevent Tearing Them. Enjoy!
