Lisam LS210 (QAV210) Mods: Compact, Stylish, Expandable.
Description
These Are The Mods I'Ve Performed On My Budget Racing Quadcopter. It'S Based Around The Super Budget Lisam Ls210 Frame, And Makes It Smaller, Lighter, And Much Cooler Looking. It Consists Of: 1. A Battery Plate, Which Elevates The Battery So It Can Sit On Top Of The Receiver And Half Of The Flight Controller. It Takes The Place Of The Two Aluminium Standoffs At The Back Of The Quad. 2. A Top Plate, Which Covers The Electronics, And The Battery. Mounts To The Front Four Standoffs, And Holds All Three Antennas, And Retains The Battery. 3. Antenna Holder, Which Holds The Two Receiver Antennas At A Good Angle, In The Slots In The Top Cover. 4. Front Shrouds, These Slide Over The Front Standoffs, And Cover Your Fpv Electronics. 5. Esc Covers, These Improve Airflow, Protect Solder Joints, And Make The Quad Look Better. Clips Over The Frame, But Tape Is Recommended For Installation. 6. Feet, To Go Over The Four Shorter Standoffs On The Bottom. I Screwed Mine In With Pc Case Screws, And The Long End Of The Foot Goes In Between The Motor Screws. 7. Battery Clip Holder, These Mount To The Rear Screws, And The Two Rear Screws That Hold Your Board Stack. They Provide A Point For The Battery Locking Plate To Hold On To. 8. Battery Locking Plate, Clips Onto The Top Cover, And Battery Clip Holders. This Will Hold A Medium Capacity 4S Battery, Or A Higher Capacity 3S Battery. I'M Using A Cheap Zop Power 1800Mah 4S. Other Notes: I Put Produce Rubber Bands Around The Battery, To Give The Battery Plate And Top Cover Something To Hold On To. Added Some Grey Electrical Tape On Some Parts, Partly To Hold The Esc Covers On, And Mostly For The Extreme Speed Increase That Comes With Racing Stripes. The Camera Mount Is 25 Degrees, But Just Give Me A Shout If You Want A 30 Degree Version. Shouldn'T Be Too Hard To Install, But If You Need It I Can Make A Video. Happy Flying!
