10" subwoofer Peerless XLS10

Description

This Is My First Attempt To Make Something Serious. I Followed The Recommendations For A Ported Design From Here: Http://Www.D-S-T.Com.Au/Data/Peerless/Peerless_Xls_Subwoofer.Pdf The Front And Rear Baffle Are Mounted On A ~10" (Actually 250 Mm) Sonotube With A Length Of 450Mm Or 17.71" Either Print The Front And Rear Baffles Whole Or Use The Chopped Up Sections. 6 Sections Per Baffle. Assemble The Baffle Sections And Mount The Peerless Xls10. Use Six M8 Or M10 Threaded Rods To Put It All Together. Drill Som Pilot Holes For The Feet And Screw Them On Place. As A Port Pipe I Used ~3" Or 75Mm Outer Diameter Drainage Pipe. Depending How The Pipe Corner Pieces Are Made Calculate The Total Length For Each Section To Get A ~930Mm Long Pipe I Printed All Parts With A 0.6Mm Nozzle And 50% Infill. Remember That This Will Need Several Spools Of Filament. Rear Baffle Alone Took 1.7Kg For Me To Print. *Edit* I Notice Now That I Named The Parts Mostly In Swedish... I Designed It Vertically In The Cad Software So: "Övre" Means Upper But Is Front And Nedre Means Lower But Is Back.
