Perma-Proto enclosure
Description
**Edit** 8-Jan-2018: Added Stl Files For A Smaller Box, With Bottom Pieces To Fit A Quarter-Sized Perma-Proto Board, A Radio Shack 276-159B Proto Board, Or An Adafruit Huzzah Board. Also Tweaked The Pins To Make Them Easier To Print. This Box Fits The Half- Or Quarter-Size [Adafruit Perma-Proto Board](Https://Www.Adafruit.Com/Product/571), A Printed Circuit Board That Duplicates The Layout Of A Standard Breadboard So That It'S Easy To Make A Permanent Version Of Your Prototype Project Without Redesign. It Requires **Two 1/4" #4-40 Screws** To Attach The Board To The Standoffs. I Think 5Mm M3X .5 Would Be The Metric Equivalent. Or You Could Integrate Snap-In Standoffs Using [This Library](Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:79944) - I'D Like To See That. The Top Attaches To The Bottom With Printed Pins, Though They May Not Be Needed Depending On How Tight The Top Fits For You, Or How Loose The Side Panels Are. The Open-Frame + Panel Design Makes It **Really Easy To Get Your Hands Into,** Easy To Customize The Panels For Panel-Mounting Components (Using Openscad, Other Software, Or Machining Other Materials), And Looks Decent - There Are No Externally-Visible Fasteners. The Left Panel Has A Bracket To Fit A [Slide-In Rj11](Https://Www.Amazon.Com/Gp/Product/B00B888Pxw) Jack, Which My Project Needed. If You Don'T Need That, Just Print Two Of The Right Panel. The Openscad Source Is Included. The Most Up-To-Date Source Is At [Github](Https://Github.Com/Teejaydub/Circuit-Box), And You'Ll Also Need [My Openscad Library](Https://Github.Com/Teejaydub/Tjw-Scad). To Change The Size, Edit `Side_Panel_Box.Scad`. To Modify The Panels, Edit `Final_Box.Scad`. There'S A Ton Of Other Goodies In This Project That I'Ll Post As Separate Things. The Pins Came From [Emmett](Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:213310). Thanks, Emmett!
