Description
Edit 9/1/2019 Added A Stl Of The Paddle Wheel. I'M Using As A Reference To Make Other Items. I'Ve Been Using The Over Size Idler For 6 Months Printed Solid Out Of Abs With No Degradation From The Chlorine. The One I Had Was Fine But My Tires Were Getting Thin And They Would Slip Driving The Rear Wheel. It Would Probably Be Too Tight For New Tires But The Files Are Provided So You Could Make The Outer Diameter The Correct Size. The Bag Quick Release Works Well. I Printed The Full Size Wheel But Have Never Tried It. Looks Like It Would Work Fine. You Need A Printer That Prints The Correct Size Or The Bearings Of Course Won'T Fit. The Files Are Included And It Would Be Easy To Open Them In Fusion And Move The Bearing Holes In Or Out A Hair. They Need To Be Solid So They Have Less Tendency To Float. I Printed A Tire Out Of Ninajaflex And It Worked But It Turned Color In Just A Few Days And I Didn'T Print It Solid So It Tended To Float Too Much. One Of These Days I'M Going To Make A New Wheel Design Using 608 Ceramic Bearings. Fusion360 Files Shared Below.
