Centrifugal Force Puzzle
Description
Fun & Challenging Puzzle To Solve! Intermediate Difficulty To Make. --- Print These Parts To Make One Puzzle • Quantity 2: "Piece 1.Stl" • Quantity 4: "Piece 2.Stl" • Quantity 4: "Piece 3.Stl" • Quantity 1: "Piece 4.Stl" --- Printing Settings • No Print Supports Needed. --- Post Print Processing (Optional, Depending On Printer Accuracy) • Some 3D Printing Machines Can Have Issues Printing The Holes Cleanly On "Piece 2". Sla Printers Probably Won'T Have This Issue, But Entry Level Fdm Printers Likely Will. • If You Have Significant Print Imperfections Inside The Holes That Prevent The Rods From Sliding Freely, No Worries, I'Ll Explain How I Fixed This. I Used A Narrow Cylindrical Sanding File To Clean The Holes Out. I Was Careful Not To Sand The Holes Too Much, Because That Would Increase The Friction Inside The Holes And The Rods Wouldn'T Be Able To Slide Around Easily. If You Don'T Have A Sanding File, You Might Try A Drill Bit That Is A Tiny Bit Smaller Than The Hole. If You Don'T Have A Drill Bit, Then Use Any Other Similar Sized Object That You Can Jam In To Clean The Hole Out. --- How To Assemble • Refer To The Photo Showing The Black And White Outline Of A Puzzle Piece; The Puzzle Is Made Of Two Of These Identical Pieces, As Well As The Rectangular Ring That Goes Around The Center ("Piece 4.Stl"). • Sand The Connecting Surfaces. Then Glue The Pieces Together With Epoxy Or Your Preferred Adhesive. --- Share & Follow Did You Succeed In Making This Puzzle? I'D Love To See It, So Please Share A Picture Here!
