Vibration damper feet for Prusa i3 MK2S
Description
Some Feet For The Prusa I3 Mk2S. Will Most Probably Fit For The Clones As Well. The I3 Is A Hell Of A Printer. No Need To Complain, But Some Frequencies Get From The Rack Into The Houses Structure And Could Be Heard By All Inhabitants... Although The Silent Mode Is Much More Quiet It Is Not The Solution In All Cases. Made Those With Filaflex From Filamentworld And They Are Working Quite Well. I Am Really Happy With My I3 Which Eats This Flexible Material Quite As Well As Pla!!!! 30Mm/Sec 230°C Printbed 35° With Baby Powder (Best Hint Ever!!!) 0,2Mm Height The Other Settings Still As They Come With The Fff Profile Directly From The Prusa-Site... I Choose To Split The (S3D) Process At 7Mm. The Lower With Just 10% Infill, The Upper With 30%. This Makes The Whole Thing With The Walls Carry The Weight And Not Lead The Vibrations Directly In The Ground. (Just A Thought...) Depending On Your Filament You Would Need To Adjust/Test The Infill For The Feet Not To Sag Over Thetime And Weight... Update! Just Made My 1St Print With Those Feet And Am Happy They Make Much More A Difference Then Expected. Not Only That It Now Is Really Quiet In My Lair And Especially The High Frequencies Do Not Come Through, Also It Seems That Much Of The Vibrations Get Absorbed. At Least All Resonances And Ringing Is Suddenly Gone. This Moai Is Printed With 0.1Mm And 60Mm/Sec....
