Banksy’S ‘Gangsta Rat’ Character Has Appeared At Various Locations, But Perhaps The Most Well Documented ‘Gangsta Rat’ Is The One In The Picture Here, Which Was First Spotted At Moorfields Eye Hospital In London In 2006.
