E3Dv6 Bowden X-carriage mount

E3Dv6 Bowden X-carriage mount

Description

This Is A Mount For The E3Dv6 Hotend For The Anet A8. The Original Design From Tech2C Had A Problem That Your Losing About 25Mm Of The Anet A8 Print Bed. Achmed20 Changed That And Fixed That Problem But I Still Wanted A Different Less ''Naked'' Design. So Here'S What I'Ve Come Up With, I'Ve Changed The Whole Design But I Kept The Location For The Nozzle Because I Don'T Know How To Get The Correct Skynet Settings. You Need Some Bolts For The Clamp It Self And Some Tiny Screws For Holding The Duct In Place. It Is Possible That It Doesn'T Fit Perfectly Right Away As Seen In The Pictures. So You May Have To Sand The Clamp For The Hotend A Bit. I Didn'T Sand It Just Yet Because I'M Lazy ;) Things You Need, E3D Fan Duct Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:547325 Prusa X Carriage Remix (I Have The Drylin Rj4Jp-01-08 So I Needed The 46Mm One) Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2166790 Skynet Settings (Achmed20), X_Probe_Offset_From_Extruder -20 Y_Probe_Offset_From_Extruder 10 Z_Probe_Offset_From_Extruder -1 X_Max_Pos 240 X_Min_Pos -20 Y_Max_Pos 220 Y_Min_Pos -10 Z_Max_Pos 240 Z_Min_Pos 0 Left_Probe_Bed_Position 20 Right_Probe_Bed_Position 210 Back_Probe_Bed_Position 220 Front_Probe_Bed_Position 30 Note: I'Ve Had Terrible Experiences With The Autolevel Censor (Ramming The Nozzle In The Just Newly Bought Buildtak And Printinz Plate) So I'M Never Going To Use That Ever Again ;). That'S Why This Design Is Without A Sensor Mount.
