I Printed This In Abs And So Far Have No Complaints. Take Note That The Front Panel Will Get Very Hot During Use, Use Abs Or Petg. This One Is A 50W Spot In The Images. The Power Connector Is A Xt60 And The Power Switch Is A Rocker 6A 230Vac Spst Locking With A Body Size Of 17 X 12 X 13Mm. The Fan Is A Deepcool 80Mm X 80Mm X 25Mm Fan. Heatsink I Got From A Local Seller. 80Mm X 78Mm X 15Mm. Items Needed For Assembly: 2 Of M3 X 20 Self Tappers To Lock The Electronics Assembly To The Round Case. 2 Of M6 X 65 Threaded Rod. I Used This To Hold The Assembly Together During Build. I Used A 6Mm Tap To Create Thread In The Front Panel Where These Bolts Go Into. 4 Of M3 X 10 Nuts & Bolts For Mounting The Electronics. 4 X M3 X 12 Self Tappers For The Last Panel To Close The Box. I Used M6 Nuts And Bolts For The Stand Mount And Clamp 4 X M3 X 40 Bolts And 4 X Lock Nuts For The Barn Boors. 2 X M3 X 16 Bolts Or Self Tappers To Fix The Barn Doors To The Front Panel. You Need To Print 2 Of Each Barn Door. 2 Are Shorter And Fits To The Higher Mount On The Ring.
