Duckietown Duckiebot Battery Holder for Asus Powerbank

Description

This Is A Battery Holder For The Duckiebot Described In: Http://Duckietown.Org. For The Robot, We Want To Pack In A Big Power-Bank That Powers The Raspberry Pi. But Securing The Battery With Tape Or Velcro Is Sometimes Problematic. So We Made This Part, That Has Holes And Fasteners Precisely Located As The Dagu Magician Chassis. Also We Tried To Put The Battery As Low As Possible, And Distribute It Weight To That It Has A Nice Center Of Weight. We Are Including The Sketch-Up File, So You Can Modify It For Maybe Another Kind Of Power Bank. Notice To Use This Part, You Will Also Need To Use The Motor Mount, Which Ties The Motors To The Chassis, But Without Using The Red Little Parts Included In The Dagu Chassis. After Printing Pop In M3 Nuts By Pushing Them With The Back Of A Screwdriver. The Mount The Piece On The Chassis By Using Plastic M3 Screws. I Cut Straps From 2Mm Thick Cork Material, And Laid Them Inside The Mount, Then Put The Battery In, Charging Ports Facing Rear Or The Robot. Then I Glued A Piece Of Foamy Material On Top Of The Battery, So It Will Securely Be In Place When The Chassis Is Mounted From The Top, But Yet Be Still Removable This Way.
