3D printed upgrade for an old 80*25 fan v1.1

3D printed upgrade for an old 80*25 fan v1.1

Description

This Is Second Step Of My Fan-Upgrade Project. Https://Grabcad.Com/Library/3D-Printed-Upgrade-For-An-Old-80-25-Fan-V1-1-1 The Purpose Of This Project Is To Give A Second Life To An Old Noisy 80*25Mm Fan Often Used In Computers Etc. The Idea Is To Cut Central Holding Plate (Motor Legs) Of Your Noizy 80Mm Fan And Attach It To Central Pad Of 3D Printed Body With Double-Sided Adhesive Foam (Tape). Foam Will Catch Fan'S Vibrations And You'Ll Get New Silent Turbine-Blower For Your Projects. In This Version I Did: * Model Optimization For Fdm 3D-Printing. It Contains Now Two Parts (Both In One Stlprt) Of Main Body And A Cap That You Supose To Glew Together With Acetone Or Superglue * Added Fixing Holes: They Are Such As For 92Mm Standart Fan * Made Outblow Hole More Deeper There May Be More Versions When I'Ll Get One Printed. Feel Free To Share Your Thoughts In Comment Or Ask A Question. I'D Like To Discuss This Idea And Ways Of It Implementation. //Thanks To Slartibartfast For Https://Grabcad.Com/Library/Pc-Fan-80X25-Mm-1I Used To Make Renders And For Dimension Measure. Nice Wings! ;) Like To Support :)
