TAZ5 / TAZ6 Filamnet Tube Guide
Description
Updated 16/112018 Added A Stronger Version Of The Taz5 Filament Guide (V2) Here Is My Take On A Filament Guide For Extruders Fitted To Lulzbot Taz 4,5,6 Printers, Of Course These May Fit Other Extruders. I Found Something Similar With An Open Clip Type Tube Holder, But My Tube Kept Falling Out. This Guide Bolts On Using The Same Screw That Holds The Extruder Head Ion Place, However, You Will Need A Slightly Longer Bolt (Approx 3 To 5Mm Longer) To Fit This. The Guide Has A Lead In So The Tube Is Easy To Insert, Then Should Bite Towards The End And Hold The Tube In Place. If It'S Too Tight Open It Up A Little Using A 6.3Mm / 1/4" Drill Bit. However, Do This By Hand Otherwise You May Go All The Way Through And Remove The Bottom Tube Stop! Of Course This Isn'T An Issue, You Can Open The Holder Straight Through For A Looser Fit And Have The Filament Guide Poke Out The Bottom. There Are A Couple Of Versions Of This Guide To Fit The Following Lulzbot Extruders:

Single Extruder V2 - "Taz5 Sev2 Filament Guide.Stl"

Single Extruder V2 - "Taz5 Sev2 Filament Guide V2.Stl"

Single Extruder V2.1 - "Taz6 Sev2_1 Filament Guide.Stl" Or "Taz6 Sev2_1 Filament Guide V2"

Flexystruder V2 - "Taz5 Sev2 Filament Guide.Stl"

Moar Extruder - "Moar Filament Guide V2.Stl"

The "Taz6 Sev2_1 Filament Guide V2" Puts The Filament Guide Directly Over Head Rather Than Coming In At An Angle. This Makes Extracting/Installing Filament Easier Than The "Taz6 Sev2_1 Filament Guide" Version.
