So After Seeing The Dymaxion Map I Was Inspired To Create A Dymaxion Death Star To Go With The X-Wing And Tie Fighter Ornaments I Made Last Winter. Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:603237 I Modified The Icosohedral Corner To Remove Some Material And I Found The Original Ended Up With Extra Material At The Point That Made Attaching The Panels More Difficult. I Used 100% Fill On This Piece For Strength But It Probably Could Have Been Done At Lower. I Use A K40 Laser So The Panels Are Laid Out To Fit The 300 X 200 Mm Area. I Used #8 X 1/2" Self-Tapping Hex Head Screws For Assembling The Panels To The Icosohedral Corners.
