This Is An Improved Threaded Guide Bushing For Use On The Top Weight Plate Of Many Freemotion Selectorized Training Machines, Specifically The F624. It Is Improved Over The Original Design, As It Threads All The Way To The Thickness Of The Plate, Rather Than Screwing In By Just A Few Threads. This Improves The Overall Side To Side Stability Of The Top Plate. The Hex Top On The Original Is Not Needed, As Hand Tight Is Enough For This Part.
