Zonestar Print Head 45mm Bushing Holder Mod LM8LUU
Description
I Wanted To Improve My Print Quality On My Zonestar P802Qr2 Because The Head Has To Much X & Y And Z Free Movement; So, I Replaced The 24Mm Bushings With 45Mm Bushings (Lm8Luu) On The Back Of The Print Head (X Axis). I Created This Holder To Mount Under The Zonestar Bushing Mounts. I Removed The Old Bushing By Removing The C Ring Clips And Slid The 45 In Its Place. The Holder Mounts Keep The Bushings In Place (No Play). You Have To Print 2, 1 For Each Bushing; But, You Can Add Just One Lm8Luu Bushing To The Top Bushing To Better Stabilize The Print Head. The Second Is A Spacer Or A Holder For The Lower Bushing. For The Bottom Bushing, Clip The High Sides Corners And Use It Just As A 2Mm Spacer . You Are Required To Clip The Bottom Bushing Holder Corners So It Will Fit. You Can Do That In Your Cad App, Slicer, Or ,Like Me, Wire Cutters) To Clip The Sides Or Corners, The Two Photos Show The Improvements Produced By Changing Both Lm8Luu'S Bushings On This Printer (Changing The Bottom Bushing Improves Vertical Print-Head Lift As Well). Print Setting Were The Same.
