Settings: 18Mm Fibreboard(Mdf In Germany) But I Would Recommend To Use 15-16Mm 6Mm 2 Flute Router Bit 20Mm Flute Length 9Mm Z Cutting Depth(2 Passes For The 18Mm Board) 24.000 Rpm Router Speed 600Mm/Min Z Axis Speed 2500Mm/Min On X And Y Took Me About 20Min To Mill The Complete Part, I Used Pocket Milling For The Button Holes To Avoid Loose Cutout Parts.
