Prusa i3 MK2 Extruder - Easy hotend access
Description
Note: Please Check Also The Newer And More Advanced Design [Articulated Part-Fan](Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2637257). The Original Prusa I3 Mk2 Extruder Is A Very Nice Compact Design. However, To Change The Nozzle, One Has To Disassemble Many Of The Extruder'S Parts, Removing At Least Seven Screws. I'Ve Made A Few Changes To The Original Design, So The Part Fan And The Fan Nozzle Are Now A Single Unit. They Can Be Easily Detached By Removing Only Two Screws. The Nozzle And The Hot-End Are Then Easy To Inspect, Clean Or Change. It Fits All The Mk2 Models: I3 Mk2, I3 Mk2S And I3 Mk2Mm. <Del>I Suggest To Rotate The E3D All-Metal Hot-End And Place It As Shown In The Images, So The Cables Are Routed Directly To The Back Of The Extruder. This Will Greatly Reduce The Strain Placed Onto The Cables And Will Provide A Clear View To The Hot-End, If Someone Wants To Replace The Nozzle. However, It Requires To Move The Heater Element And The Thermistor To The Other Side Of The Hot-End.</Del> **After Extensive Usage And Testing Of The Rotated Hot-End Placement, I No More Support It. Even Though It Has Some Advantages, It Has A Big Drawback: It Hurts A Lot The Part Cooling. So, I'Ve Rotate It Back To The Original Prusa Design.**
