# Irisredux Version: 1 This Model Was Generated By Painstakingly Reverse Engineering The [Iris Diaphragm For Steampunk Goggles](Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2019585) Project By Iriscalculator. Solidworks Files Are Provided So You Can Make Tweaks Where Neccessary (E.G. You Can Make The Pins Longer To Prevent The Blades From Falling Out). All Original Measurements Are Maintained. Motion Simulation Quirk Note The Mates In The Assembly Are Not Fully Defined. This Was Intentional, In Order To Achieve The "Slanted Pivoting" Orientation Of The Blades. Further Work To Fully Define The Mates Would Result In A More Robust Assembly, But May Not Be Easy (Unless You Want To Just Make All Of The Blades Parallel To Each Other). Pending Such Work, You Make Find You Have To Grab The Blades And Adjust Them Back To Reasonable Orientations (Or Simply Re-Open The Original File).
