Description
This Is A Chemical Reaction Separator-Set Intended To Selectively Separate Two Materials Via An Actuating Rod From One Side. The 'Top3.Stl' And The 'Station.Stl' Is Fixed While The ''Moving.Stl" Is The Slipping-Surface Intended To Interface With An Actuating Rod. It Was Mainly Designed As A Method To Separate Effervescent Tablets And Water For A Co2 Water Rocket. As The Driving Rod Interfaces With The Inner Plate, Once It Rotates, The Inner Plate'S Flow Holes Becomes Aligned With The Bottom Plate'S Flow Holes. Thus, Water Will Enter From One Chamber To The Other Chamber To React With The Effervescent Tablets, Generating Co2. It Is Subject To Change As I Work Further To Refine It. The Interfacing Rod Is (Not Included, But It Is Just A Rod With A + Shaped Cut Out At The End. Think Of It As An Inverse Of A Philips Screwdriver And A Screw) Machined Out Of An Aluminum Extrusion Found At Most Hardware Stores. All The Other Parts Were Tested Via A Fdm Printer On Pla.
