PIR Sensor Housing with XLR port HD-SR501

I Made This Simple Enclosure For A Pir Sensor That Has Space For A Xlr Chassis Mount Connector So You Can Run Out A Long Xlr Cable And Put The Sensor On The End. It Will Fit An Neutrik D Series Hole So In Theory Will Fit Any Of The D-Series Range. I Used A Male Xlr Chassis Mount. I Am Also A Big Fan Of Using Threaded Brass Inserts For Screw Holes. They Last Alot Better Than Just Screwing Directly Into Printed Parts. This Part Is Designed To Use 2 X M3X6X4 Inserts Which You Can Get About 100 From Ebay For £1.50. You Melt Them In With A Soldering Iron. If You Don'T Want To Use These I Have Included All The Cad Files So You Can Remix Away.
