K0Esx ================= I Made A New Design That Is Shorter So You Have Easier Access To The Power Poles And Better Visibility For Alignment. I Am Including The Stl File With The Name "Short" In It. Thanks. ================= I Printed Mine With Support For The Bottom Inset Screw To Secure The Adapter To The Radio. You May Not Need To. Tight Fit, But Works. Once Installed You Won'T Need To Worry About It Again. I Bought The Updated Longer Screw At Ace Hardware. The Size That Works Was M3 - .50 X10. It Cost $0.27. Cheap! I Used Standard Set Of Powepoles And Soldered The Connectors. Be Real Careful When Cutting For Length On The Powerpoles. You Get One Shot! The Power Cable Was The Standard Yaesu Power Cable. My Wire With The White Stripe Was Positive. Check Yours For Accuracy For + And -. It'S A Tight Fit So I Placed The Cable On The Corner Piece And Then Pushed The Big Piece In Second. That Works Great. Easy To Assemble And Then Forget About The Cable. You Probably Use A Fuse System Of Sort. That'S Your Call. Good Luck With This.
