Rigidbot single head cooling fan mount Rev-3

Description

This Is A Remix Of Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:1381040 That Can Be Printed Only By Enabling Supports. However Once Printed, And Supports Removed, I Noticed That I Had Lost The Beauty Of Smooth Surfaces, Since An Issue Of The Supports Is That You Can'T Have A Perfect Flat Surface Near The Supports Area. For This Reason I Hate The Supports And I Use Them Only When Absolutely Necessary. So I Decided To Redesign And Split The Object In A Way That Could Be Printed Almost Without Supports, And Have All The Surfaces Perfectly Flat. The Supports Are Affecting Only A Couple Of Parts That Are Hidden Inside. As Result, Once Installed The Look Quality Is Excellent. The Object Is Still The Same Of Rev-2 But Just Remixed To Be Printed Almost Without Supports. This Thing Was Made With Tinkercad. Edit It Online Https://Www.Tinkercad.Com/Things/K2M3Jqeeuzd Parts Required: - All .Stl Printed Parts - 1 Screw M3 X 40 Mm - 1 Screw M3 X 25 Mm - 3 M3 Washers - 2 Nuts M3 Build Instructions: 1) Print All Parts. The Support Are Required Only For The Air Conveyor. 2) Install The Cooler Arm Inside The Main Block. It Should Have The Right Tolerance To Be Locked Inside Without The Need Of Glue. If It Does Not Fit, Use A File Or Sandpaper Until You Are Able To Fit With A Medium Pressure. 3) Carefully Remove The Supports From The Air Conveyor. 4) Refine The Holes With A 4.5Mm Drill, And Then Use A 6Mm Drill To Clean The Big Top Hole And The One On The Side. Note That The Large Side Hole Is Deep Only 4Mm, Do Not Go Over With The Drill. 5) Align The Air Conveyor With The Side Of The Main Block, And Put The 40Mm Screw In The Side Hole Of The Block. Then, Put A Washer And Nut Inside The Air Conveyor, And Carefully Screw It Until All Become Steady. 6) Insert The Cooler In The Air Conveyor. Insert A Washer In The M3 X 25Mm Screw, And Insert It In The Cooler Arm Hole. Put Another Washer And The Nut.
