I Saw Jackstand Pads For Sale For Over $5 And Though That Was A Ripoff. This Pad Was Designed From My 6-Ton Truck Jackstands. The More Typical Car Jack Stand Are Smaller. I Would Be Happy To Make One For Them, But I Need A Car Jackstand To Measure First :) If You Would Like To Use This Part For A Commercial Application, Please Contact Me For Redistribution Under A Different License. Non-Profit Educational, Us Government, Or Us State Governments Wishing To Use My Items Internally (I.E. Non-Contract Work) Does Not Count As Commercial Work. Please Be Careful--Vehicle May Slide On Plastic. Many Plastics Have A Lower Coefficient Of Friction Than Rubber. The Vehicle May Slide When These Pads Are Used Depending On Type Of Plastic. Other Factors Include How Level The Surface The Jackstands Are On And How Much Force And In What Direction Force Is Applied On The Vehicle During Maintenance. Coating These Protectors With Friction Tape May Be Requred. Please Be Careful, Shock Hazards Plastic Is Non-Conductive, Whereas The Jack Stand Metal Is. Use May Cause Changes In Conductivity From Vehicle To Ground. Please Be Careful, Fire Hazards Plastic Is Not As Heat Tolerant As Metal--And Catches Fire, Melts, Dissolves, Etc.. Do Not Let These Pads Touch Hot Components Of A Vehicle, Including But Not Limited To Exhaust Parts, Welded Parts, Coolant, Fuel, Oils, Or Enraged Spouses. Provided As Is.
