Hydration Bladder Dryer

Hydration Bladder Dryer

Description

Add A 5V Blower, A Power Source, And A Few Screws To This Gadget, And You'Ll Have A Way To Quickly Dry Out The Bladder From A Hydration Pack (Like A Camelbak) For Storage. If You'Ve Ever Left Water In One, Even A Little Bit, For More Than A Week Or So, You Already Know What A Chore It Is To Clean It Up Before Using It Again. This Design Grew Out Of The Frustration I Had Trying To Position The Blower With Clothes Pins Or Chip-Clips And Hold The Hydration-Bladder Open To Get It Dry. It Was Also Motivated By A Desire To Not Have The Hydration-Bladder Hanging In An Inconvenient Place For Several Days Just To Be Sure It Was Completely Dry. Note: The Middle Section Of The "Chimney" Tube (The One That Looks Like A Stepped Box) Can Be Printed Multiple Times For Longer/Taller Bladders. Two Of Them, Stacked, Is Probably Enough For Most "Full Size"/100-Oz/3-Liter Bladders. * The Blower I Used Is This One: Http://A.Co/4T6Jgo4 * The Usb Power Cord I Used Is Here: Http://A.Co/2O2Biiq * And The Power Jack Is This One: Http://A.Co/F8Ntbdh * The Machine Screws, Nuts And Washers To Mount The Blower Shouldn'T Be Too Hard To Find At A Local Hardware Store. The Ones I Used Were Just Ones I Had As Extras From Previous Projects So I Don'T Have Any Specific Source Or Part Number For Them.
