I'Ve Never Been Satisfied With Existing Designs: * They Are Loose And Can Rattle When Traveling Or Even Fall Off * The Ones That Are Not Loose Require A Lot Of Sanding Later To Eliminate Elephant Foot. * They Usually Have Holes In The Base So Dust Can Get Into The Gimbal * The Hole For The Stick Is Too Small And Getting The Stick The Get In The Hole Is Annoying. This Design Features A Thicker Base With A Bevel To Compensate For Elephant Foot Providing A Snug Fit With Minimal Sanding, No Holes To Keep Dust Away, And The Hole In The Middle Is Wider At The Bottom So The Stick Slides In Easily.
