I Use 80/20 At Work A Lot So I Thought It Would Be Fun To Design My Own For Myself And My Son. This Is The 1 Inch Version But I Am Sure It Could Be Scaled Up In Slicer Software To 1.5 Inches. The Actual 80/20 Extrusion Bar Is 10 Inches, Thought Process Is The Bottom Can Be Cut Off In Your Slicing Software To What Ever Length You Want. Everything Is Designed Around 1/4-20 Bolts Except The Bearing Slide Is Meant To Use 3Mm To Lock It In Place When Needed. You Can Either Tap The Holes Or Let The Bolts Tap Them For You. The Plan Is To Add More Parts As Time And Ideas Come To Me.
