Parametric magnetic micro wire clip

Parametric magnetic micro wire clip

Description

Because The Difference Between Too Lose And Too Tight Can Be Often Less Than 0.2Mm I Decided To Make A Lot Of Variations With Small 0.1Mm Differences Between The Sizes. It'S 20 Variations With A 0.1Mm Difference From The 3.0Mm Gap Up To 5.0Mm. That Should Fit On Thin Cables Up To Pretty Thick. This Solves The Differences Between Printers, If Mine Would Be Overextruding And Yours Underextruding, Your Part Could Be Lose While Mine Would Fit Perfectly, This Way Everybody Can Try And Chose Which One Fits Well. The Print Takes Few Minutes And Takes Very Little Filament So Feel Free To Experiment. It Was Designed For 0.4 Nozzles And 0.3 Layer Height (The Separation For The Magnet Is 0.6Mm, So 2 Layers Should Be Made There). But Overall Any Common Settings Should Do Well (Do Not Print It Completely Empty In The Shell Mode). But No Support Or Anything Should Be Needed. The Design Is Parametric And Solidworks Source Is Included. If Needed A Specific Dimension Can Be Made Per Request If Somebody Needs Them. The Hole On The Bottom Is For 7Mm X 3Mm Neodymium Magnet, But It'S A Bit Bigger So It Will Allow Easily Add Magnets Which Are Slightly Off, Or If Your Printer Is Not Exact. This Gives Enough Margin. These Sized Magnets Are Strong Enough To Keep The Wires Safely Even In Vertical Orientation. It Was Designed To Stay On The Cable All The Time If You Wish You Can Use Glue, But For Me, The Friction And The Exact Sized Clip Does Exactly That.
