My Christmas Light Power Supply Fans Have Been Working Overtime In The Warm California Winter. I Bought A Vent For The Enclosure But Was Not Happy With The Fit. So I Designed A Vent Fan Cover That Fit The Fan And The Box A Little Bit Better. I Printed With Both Pla And Pla+. I Like The Pla+ A Lot Better. Just Seems Stronger, Not As Brittle As The Pla. I Also Installed A 12V Fan (60Mm X 60Mm) That Runs All Of The Time. Now I Have A Cross Breeze Through The Enclosure That Should Help Extend The Life Of The Power Supplies. Edit April 2020 - 1 - Updated The Vent Fan Cover By Fixing Uneven Louver Spacing. 2 - Also Including A New Louver-Less Cover That You Can Stack On Top Of The Louver Or Use By Itself. It Offers A Bit More Protection Because The Opening Is Facing Directly Down. 3 - Added A Cover With A Larger Flange That Can Cover A Bigger Hole (If You Make A Mistake Or Are Replacing Something With A Bigger Hole). Also Recommend Printing Flat Now With Support Everywhere. This Results (For Me At Least) In A 'Screen' Type Structure That Will Keep All But The Smallest Creatures Out.
