Y-Axis Belt Block for Anet A8 or AM8
Description
This Is A Replacement For The Brittle Acrylic Straps That Hold The Belt On The Bottom Of The Bed For The Y-Axis. This Also Helps The Belt Geometry By Lowering The Belt A Few Mm To Bring It Closer In Line With The Pulley. The Belt Ends Just Slip Into The Block Halves And Out Thru The Hole. When Loose Just Enough For The Belts To Be Moved But Still Catch You And Simply Push The Belts Into The Block And They Will Somewhat Ratchet Into Place Then Tighten The Block To Secure Them. I Think You Can Probably Get Away With Using Most Any Material For This Block. I Have 50+ Hours On Mine So Far Printing At Over 5000 Mm/Min Without Any Signs Of Wear And Its Just Made Out Of Pla+. This Is Sized For The Bolt Pattern On A 2017 Standard Anet A8 Bed Support Frame. Since These Kits Can Vary Make Sure And Just Your Hole Alignment Before You Go Thru The Hassle Of Taking It Apart Just In Case Yours Is Different Than Mine. If Its The Same It Will Be A Perfect Fit With No Mods Needed To Printer Or The Part.
