Belt Holder With Integrated Tensioner Suitable For Y Axis On Prusa I3 Clones. The Tensioning Is Reliable And Two Times Stronger Than Tensioners With Are Acting On The Idler. The Hight Is Enlarged To Eliminate The Triangulation In The Belt Geometry, Witch Avoids Wobble In The Belt Tension. This Might Prevent Your Belt From Becoming Baggy And Ensures That The Tension Is Constant Over The Entire Distance. The Spacing Of The Holes Are Matched With The Spacing On The Initial Design Of The Y Sled (The Frog). The Spacing On The Frog Is 45Mm. This Holder Has 4 Holes With 22.5Mm Spacing. The Belt Is Just Pushed Into The Slots In The Belt Holder And The Block. The Block Is Then Pushed Into The Pocket In The Holder And Tensioned With An M3X40Mm Screw And A Nut.
