CTC Prusa i3 Bowden Conversion using stock parts
Description
This Is A Remix... Ish Of Another Bowden Extruder, However This One Uses The Bearing That Comes With The Printer And Is Mounted Directly To The Top Left Z Axis Plate. It Has Been Working Very Well For Me Thus Far And Looks Pretty Streamline Attached To The Printer. I Went Ahead And Also Included The Right Z Top Plate To Go With It. I Did Not Make The Hole For The Threaded Rods The Size Needed For A Top Bearing Since I Wouldnt Trust Those Rods To Be Straight And A Bearing Would Just Cause Z Wobble At That Point. The Only Parts You Should Need Are A Few M3 Screws Of Varying Length, One Of Which Is A Count-Sink Screw That Goes Under The Tensioner. You Could Use A Spring On The Tensioner Of You Like, But There Hasnt Been A Need As I Have Set The Dimensions So That You Just Get It Snug And It Grips The Filament Just Right. If I Get Around To Disassembling The Part Again Then I Will Post The Screw Lengths Needed.
