CL-260 Ultimaker Zortrax compatible Extruder
Description
I Made This Direct Extruder For My Cl-260 Ultimaker Clone. It Works With The Original Motor Too Because The Extruder Case Is A Little Bit Bigger Than The Original One And Can Hold The Wiight Very Well. I Suggest You To Use A Smaller One Just If You Want To Print Faster. This System Is Compatible With: - Zortrax Original Heatsink And Hotend - Microswiss Heatsink And Hotend For Zortrax M200 I Suggest To Print All The Parts In Polycarbonate, Nylon Or Petg. Probably Abs Will Not Hold The Heat From The Hotend. I Used Parts Printed In Sls With Nylon Pa66. For The Assembly You Will Need Every Type Of M3 Screws You Can Find. Many Of Them Are Customized. You Can Cut Them To Size For A Perfect Fit. This Is Not Easy At All! You Will Pray Someone To End Your Life While You Try To Install This Upgrade. I Warned You My Friend! Xd Use 40Mm Fans And You Are Good To Go ;) I Prefer The Ones With Leds Inside Because I Do Not See A Shit :D
