D-Bot Lead Screw Nut mount
Description
I Had The Need For Different Nut Mounts For My Leadscrews On My Custom D-Bot. The D-Bot Nut Mounts Doesn'T Align With The Motor Mounts If They Are Mounted "On The Same Vertical Surface". I.E. If Both Nut Mount And Motor Mount Have Same Z Rotation. I Designed New Mounts That Would Align With My 3-Leadscrew Design Using The Remixed Motor Mounts From Original D-Bot: Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2401504 According To My Measurements It'S 21Mm From Center Of Leadscrew To Edge Of Aluminum Extrusion With The D-Bot Motor Mounts. Theese Nut Mounts Are Designed With This Measurement And Using M5 Screws For Mounting To Extrusions. There'S No "Groves" Protruding To Accommodate Both V-Slot And T-Slot Profiles. There Are 5 Different Nut Mounts: Leadscrewnutmount - Same Design As Original D-Bot, 50Mm Wide, But 21Mm From Nut Center To The Side That Mounts To Aluminum Extrusion Leadscrewnutmountthin - 36Mm Wide Version Of Above Leadscrewnutmountthin_Corner-Asym - 36X50Mm Wide Corner Nut Mount, 21Mm From Nut Center To Either Mounting Side Leadscrewnutmount_Corner-Sym - 50X50Mm Wide Corner Nut Mount, 21Mm From Nut Center To Either Mounting Side Leadscrewnutmount_Corner-Asym - Same As Above But 21Mm/16,2Mm From Nut Center To Mounting Sides Onlye Tested The Regular And Thin Mount, None Of The Corner Pieces Tested. Let Me Know What You Think.
