An Attempt At A Replacement Trunnion For The Delta 28-160 10" Bench Band Saw - Part Number 5140040-43 (Discontinued.) I Made Some Changes To The Design Of The Part To Account For It Being Printed In Plastic And Not Cast Aluminum, Including Thickening Some Features. Longer Fasteners May Be Required To Attach To The Table. There Is Still More Play In The Table Than I'D Like, Which Could Be Corrected Through Printing In A More Rigid Material (So Far I Have Only Tried Pla.) The Tolerances In The Channels For Angle Adjustment Are A Bit Tight, But Functional In My Print. I Have Included The Autodesk Inventor Part File (Ipt) As Well As The Stl In Case Anyone Would Like To Improve On What I Started.
