Description

My Headset Earpiece Swivel Mysteriously Broke - The Swivel Poles Seem To Be A Weak Point On These Turtle Beach Headsets. I Took It Upon Myself To Try Designing My First Replacement Part From Scratch. (I Had Found Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:21891 But It Was Missing Some Detail So I Decided To Start Fresh) The Model Includes A Channel To Thread The Wire Through (No Adhesive Required - At Least Not That I'Ve Found). It Is Missing Some Of The Extra Detail From The Original - The Original Has Some Rotation-Limiting Protrusions On The Main Pole And Ear-Cup Clips. The Current Replacement Model Seems To Fare Well Without Them - The Rotation Is Naturally Limited By The Other Geometry Of The Swivel, Ear Cup, And Headband. Modeled In Blender, Exported To Stl.
