I Had Problems With The Spring That Pushes The Extruder Bearing Into The Extruder Gear On A Direct Driven Wanhao Duplicator I3. At High Speeds Underextrusion Occurred Because The Extruder Gear Moved Too "Quickly" For The Poor Tension Of The Spring. This Helped Me A Lot! Sliced With Simplify3D On A .4Mm Nozzle With Extrusion Width Set To .3Mm. Layer Height .15Mm Print Two Pieces And Use Them Like In The Photo Once Filament Is Loaded(Easy To Remove For Filament Swapping), Slide One Over The Other, Hear A Click, Do Not Over Do The Clicks, One Is Enough(In This Case, Wanhao) Ymmv
