Not For 3D Printing. Machining Is Probably Best For This. Measurements Taken From The Adaptor That Comes With Shutter Precision/Exposure Qr15 Dynamo Hubs. It'S A Bit Of A Loose Fit To The Nominal 15 Mm Id On The Hub. You Can Certainly Make It To Better Tolerances. I Just Copied What I Measured. You Could Also Just Turn A Cylinder Of Od 15 Mm, Id 12 Mm, & Length 100 Mm To Step To A 12 Mm Skewer.
