RC Buggy Tire with optional outer sleeve

I Designed This For My 1/10Th Scale Redcats Nitro Buggy As I Wanted Taller Tires That Would Lift It Off The Ground. After Having Printed The Original Tire Out Of Pla I Found That It Made A Better Drift Buggy On Concrete So I Designed The Sleeve For Additional Traction. The Sleeve Is Meant To Be Printed In A Flexible Filament. I Printed Mine In 98Sha Tpu And They Fit Like A Glove. Although My Printer Had An Issue When It Got To The End With The 90 Degree Print Angle. This Worked Out Though As It Made Them Relatively Easy To Slide On. The Sleeves Fit Snug And Will Not Move. The Sleeves Are Also Not Necessary But Helpful.
