Description
You Only Need Optical Endstop , 3Mm Steel Rod, Pencil Spring And 5X6X2Mm Neodymium Magnet Steel Rod Lenght Depend Where You Mount The Probe, It Needs To Go Up When Nozzle Is Around 1.5Mm From The Bed (It Go Up Around 5-6Mm So Cant Touch The Print Etc) Remember To Add From 3Mm Of Top Some Wire Etc Working As Latch Or Rod Fall Down (Like On Photo) Print It Using Only Black Plastic And Remember To Use Endstop Cover And Glue It Using Something Black Like Black Abs +Acetone Becouse Any Light Change = Around 0.2Mm Error In Measures. After That, Probe Never Show Me 0.01 Error, But I Cut The Rod By Hand Using Dremel You Can Probably Reach 0.005 Or Better By Perfect Cut And Paint Rod End Black. How To Fast Measure Steel Rod Length ...After Mounting Probe Put 3Mm Steel Rod In And Cut It To The Moment When It Hide When Nozzle Is 1.5-2 Mm From The Heat Bed .Remember To Do It Before You Add Wire To Stop It From Falling Probe Release The Rod By Pressing It So You Need To Add On Axis End Some Bracket Whitch Push The Probe ,And Add Command To The G-Code To Reach Axis End Before Start Leveling (Or Just Press It) (I Design Mounting Holes For Jasonatepaint Ultimaker 2 Pg35L Direct Drive Extruder /Thing:1102900 Used In My Diy 3D Printer (I Like Look Of This E3D Mount So I Remix It To Work With My Diy Printer)) (Probably I Forgotten About Something So I Add It Later) (Sry For My Eng If Something Doesnt Make Sense)
