This Uses A 16T Toothed Idler Pulley Set Up And Not The Stock Prusa 20T Smooth Idler Pulley!!!! You Will Need To Modify Your X-End For This As Well. I Also Have Designed That Part. Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2770019 Want To Get Rid Of That Offset On The Back Of Your Prusa Where The Belt Is Secured? Ever Notice That The X-Idler Is Larger Than The Stepper Gear? Well, It Is, And It Causes Torque On The Belt. This Design Removes The 20T Smooth Idler And Replaces It With A 16T Toothed Belt That Accurately Matches The Stepper Gear. Torque Is Eliminated And The Belt Is Now In A 1:1. Now That The Idler Is Toothed, It Will Also Prevent Any Belt Slippage. This Makes For A Very Smooth Printer!!
